In accordance with Article 34 of French law no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to computers, files, and freedoms, any user who has provided directly or indirectly personal information on the site may request communication of the personal information concerning them from the service administrator, have it corrected or deleted if necessary by contacting the publication director or at hello@cartekencre.com.
Management of personal data The Customer is informed of the regulations regarding marketing communication, the law of June 21, 2014 for confidence in the Digital Economy, the Data Protection Act of August 6, 2004, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: no. 2016-679).
1. Data collection controllers
For Personal Data collected as part of the creation of the User's personal account and their browsing on the Site, the data controller is: Atelier Kencre. Cartekencre.com is represented by its legal representative. As the data controller for the data it collects, cartekencre.com undertakes to comply with the legal framework in force. It is in particular the responsibility of the Customer to establish the purposes of its data processing, to provide its prospects and customers, from the collection of their consents, with complete information on the processing of their personal data and to maintain a register of processing activities in accordance with reality. Whenever cartekencre.com processes Personal Data, cartekencre.com takes all reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the Personal Data with regard to the purposes for which cartekencre.com processes them.
2. Purpose of the data collected
Cartekencre.com may process all or part of the data:
• to allow browsing on the Site and the management and traceability of the services ordered by the user: connection and usage data of the Site, billing, order history, etc.
• to prevent and fight against computer fraud (spamming, hacking...): computer hardware used for browsing, IP address, hashed password
• to improve browsing on the Site: connection and usage data
• to conduct optional satisfaction surveys on cartekencre.com: email address
• to conduct communication campaigns (sms, email): phone number, email address Cartekencre.com does not market your personal data, which are therefore only used out of necessity or for statistical and analytical purposes.
3. Right of access, rectification, and objection
In accordance with current European regulations, Users of cartekencre.com have the following rights:
• right of access (Article 15 GDPR) and rectification (Article 16 GDPR), updating, completeness of User data
• right to block or delete User personal data (Article 17 of the GDPR), when they are inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous, outdated, or if their collection, use, communication, or storage is prohibited
• right to withdraw consent at any time (Article 13-2c GDPR)
• right to limit the processing of User data (Article 18 GDPR)
• right to object to the processing of User data (Article 21 GDPR)
• right to data portability for data that Users have provided, when such data is subject to automated processing based on their consent or on a contract (Article 20 GDPR)
• right to define the fate of User data after their death and to choose to whom cartekencre.com must communicate (or not) their data to a designated third party. As soon as cartekencre.com becomes aware of the death of a User and in the absence of instructions from them, cartekencre.com undertakes to destroy their data, unless its retention proves necessary for evidentiary purposes or to meet a legal obligation. If the User wishes to know how cartekencre.com uses their Personal Data, request correction, or oppose its processing, the User can contact cartekencre.com by email. In this case, the User must indicate the Personal Data they would like cartekencre.com to correct, update, or delete, by identifying themselves precisely with a copy of an identity document (identity card or passport). Requests for deletion of Personal Data are subject to the obligations imposed on cartekencre.com by law, particularly with regard to the retention or archiving of documents. Finally, Users of cartekencre.com may file a complaint with the supervisory authorities, including the CNIL (https://www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes).
4. Non-communication of personal data
Cartekencre.com refrains from processing, hosting, or transferring Information collected about its Customers to a country located outside the European Union or recognized as "not adequate" by the European Commission without informing the customer beforehand. However, cartekencre.com remains free to choose its technical and commercial subcontractors provided that they offer sufficient guarantees with regard to the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: no. 2016-679). Cartekencre.com undertakes to take all necessary precautions to preserve the security of the Information and in particular that it is not communicated to unauthorized persons. However, if an incident affecting the integrity or confidentiality of the Customer's Information is brought to the attention of cartekencre.com, it must inform the Customer as soon as possible and communicate the corrective measures taken. Furthermore, cartekencre.com does not collect any "sensitive data". User Personal Data may be processed by subsidiaries of cartekencre.com and subcontractors (service providers), exclusively in order to achieve the purposes of this policy. Within the limits of their respective attributions and for the purposes mentioned above, the main persons likely to have access to the data of cartekencre.com Users are mainly the agents of our customer service.
5. Types of data collected
Regarding users of a cartekencre.com Site, we collect the following data which are essential for the operation of the service, and which will be kept for a maximum period of 9 months after the end of the contractual relationship: name, first name, postal address, email, phone number
